Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel with sufficient notice and all "no shows" will require to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments. 

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the nature of the products sold and hygienic reasons any hair extensions purchased whether unused or used and any services are non-refundable and non-exchangable under any circumstance. 

Hair Extensions:

Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before the order goes in, once the order is placed there is no changing, exchanging or altering to the order. 

Permanent Jewelry:

All chains are final sale. The chains are durable but they are not indestructible so if your chain breaks at the welding point there is no charge to re-weld your jewelry back on. If it breaks on a chain link there is a small $10 re-welding fee. Please note we are not responsible for any lost chains.

COVID:

Please know all precautions and proper sanitization before and after each client is being done for your protection.
